Before starting Pine & Parcel, Stephen  (a Wisconsin native) spent seven years living in Saint Petersburg, Florida, before hitting the road full-time in a converted Sprinter van with his Golden Retriever, Boo. Along the way, he met Rafaela (Rafa), a Brazilian native who moved to the United States to play volleyball. She shared his love of travel, nature, and the simple things in life. After traveling to the corners of the country, Stephen found himself drawn back to his roots in Wisconsin; specifically, to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning land in the Northwoods.

However, once they began their search, they quickly realized how confusing and inaccessible land ownership seemed to be. Details were scattered, steps were unclear, and the experience felt unnecessarily overwhelming... Drawing on his background in RevOps Consulting, Stephen & Rafa created Pine & Parcel to break down those barriers, turning a traditionally complex, gatekept process into one that’s clear, approachable, and easy to act on.
